Rates of our rental / management services

  • 1. RENTALS FOR RESIDENTIAL USE
    REMUNERATION IS DUE BY:

    • THE OWNER :
    12 Euros of m² for: visits, constitution of the file and drafting of the lease.
    3 Euros of m² for State of the Places

    • THE TENANT :
    In very tense areas: 12 Euros per m² for: visits, preparation of file and drafting of lease.
    In tense areas: 10 Euros per m² for: visits, preparation of the file and drafting of the lease.
    In non-tensioned zones: 8 Euros per m² for: visits, preparation of file and drafting of lease.
    For all zones: 3 Euros per m² for inventory of fixtures.

    2. RENTALS FOR INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
    10% VAT of the three-year rent excluding charges payable by the lessee

    3. DRAFTING OF ACTS
    • Residential Lease: Included in our rental fees
    • Residential lease, property not rented by the agency: 500 euros including VAT distributed between the owner and the tenant

    4. MANAGEMENT
    • 7.20% VAT on receipts (rent + charges)
    • 2.50% "guarantee of unpaid rent + real estate damage + legal protection »
